Terms of use and booking

1. Operator, purpose and contact

The website operates under the trading name M/GRID Madrid to present The Apex Madrid and receive temporary accommodation enquiries. Contact: agomezgropius@gmail.com.

The owner’s complete fiscal identity and address will appear in the contract and be published here before definitive bookings are accepted. The website does not process payment or confirm a booking automatically.

2. Requests and confirmation

Submitting the form is an information request and creates no tenancy, priority or date hold. A booking becomes binding only after identity and availability have been checked, price and individual terms accepted in writing, the agreement signed and any agreed payment or deposit received.

Availability, stay length, inventory, price, deposit, cancellation, check-in and check-out will be confirmed in the individual proposal and agreement.

3. Residence information

Descriptions, measurements, photographs and features are provided in good faith from available information. Decorative items, non-essential furniture or shared facilities may vary, be unavailable for maintenance or be defined in the contractual inventory.

Distances and travel times are estimates and may vary due to routes, works, event controls or traffic. Circuit renders are indicative and subject to change.

4. Permitted use

The residence is solely for temporary accommodation by declared guests, up to a maximum of four people. Assignment, subletting, parties, events, nuisance, unlawful activity or additional guests without approval are not permitted.

The lead guest is responsible for community rules, careful use and loss or damage attributable to the group, as detailed in the agreement.

5. Liability

We do not control or guarantee the event, final configuration, timetable, access, transport, weather or decisions of organisers and authorities. A change to the Grand Prix does not itself alter a signed accommodation agreement unless the agreement or applicable law says otherwise.

We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, but nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer rights.

6. Marks, content and no affiliation

M/GRID Madrid is an independent accommodation service. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by or sponsored by Formula 1®, FIA, IFEMA Madrid or MADRING. Marks belong to their respective owners and identify only the event or location.

Original text, design and resources may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party assets are credited where applicable.

7. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts under applicable rules; mandatory consumer jurisdiction and rights remain unaffected.
